When filming our film for the first time, Patty’s house was originally right next door to Ally’s house. When my group and I got together to re-film, Patty’s house was demolished and
no longer exists. As a group, we sat down to think about how we would re-film Patty’s scene in front of her house and decided to use the house across the street. So instead of filming Patty near a knocked down house, we decided to film Patty across the street. We decided to do this instead because the house across the street looks almost the same as Patty’s house before and is still a perfect setting and scenery for Patty, as the house still gives a sense of scary and creepiness.

Our target audience for our film aims towards teenagers and college students of the age of 14-23. Our target audience, relating to gender, aims towards young women since our film is based on women as well.  The Neighbor  is directed toward people who are both middle and upper-class because Ally, Sarah, and Ashley all have a higher income. Get Out  has a variety of types of digital distribution they decided to utilize. Viewers can find the movie Get Out  on Amazon Prime and on Blu-ray DVD. These two specific types of digital distribution are very beneficial towards getting their target audience to watch their movie. Many people, in this day and time, use Amazon Prime Video, which allows users to watch and buy movies for free if they have a paid membership. If not, people can view a movie by either buying or renting it for a very cheap price. Blu-Ray DVD is also another efficient way of promoting a movie to get viewers to watch because Blu-Ray DVD is very popular for ages of 14-23 and allows people to watch movies in a high resolution, to have a good experience of watching a movie.
